We try to make it easy to switch from another provider to SWELLEnterprise. We developed an import/export feature which makes it easy for you to move your information to our platform. In addition, we offer an API and integrations that allow you to sync your information with other platforms should you choose to remain with those providers.
We get it, life happens, so we are in your corner if you want to continue using SWELL. If you decide to cancel your membership with your incubator/accelerator your account remains active and we will still honor our offer to you.
First off, that's awesome because that means you should be growing. Once you need additional users or storage you will need to purchase a subscription.

SWELLEnterprise is a cloud-based web application which uses CloudFlare technology and website firewall protection. Our web application is secured behind a Domain Validated 256-Bit SSL Certificate issued by COMODO. Our team also takes regular backups of our file systems and databases multiple times each day.
Yes, you can bill your clients directly in SWELL. Because of our integrations with Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, Paypal and other merchant services, you can enjoy the convenience of collecting payments on your invoices with no additional fees. You can collect payments via credit/debit card and ACH bank transfers.
We don't collect any additional fees from our paid users so depending on the rates you have negotiated with your merchant services is what you can expect to pay.
For our free accounts, we charge a total of 2.1% on credit/debit cards and a flat fee of $5 for ACH bank transfers. This would be in addition to the processing fees of your preferred merchant account.
Our merchant integrations include Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net and Square.
