Native Integrations
SWELLEnterprise ships with native, no-code integrations for the most common tools service businesses depend on. Connect once in Settings → Integrations and SWELL handles authentication, syncing, and event handling automatically.
Gmail
Send emails directly from any contact, project, or invoice using your Gmail account. Replies thread back into the contact’s activity feed. Sent items sync into the SWELLEnterprise CRM automatically. Powered by Pathfix OAuth.
QuickBooks Online
Push invoices and payments from SWELLEnterprise to QuickBooks Online. Sync customers, products, and tax rates bidirectionally. Reconcile payments without double-entry. Available on Professional and Business tiers.
Xero
Two-way sync with Xero for invoices, payments, and contacts. Ideal for service businesses outside the US that prefer Xero over QuickBooks. OAuth connection, configurable sync intervals.
Stripe
Accept credit card payments on invoices, proposals, and the client portal. ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay supported. Recurring invoicing for retainers. Stripe Connect for white-label resellers who want to keep payment processing under their own merchant account.
Crisp Live Chat
Convert Crisp chat conversations into SWELLEnterprise helpdesk tickets automatically. Sync customer profiles. Reply from either platform — messages stay in sync. Built specifically for agencies running customer support across web and email.
Google Calendar
Two-way sync between SWELLEnterprise scheduling and Google Calendar. Bookings created in SWELL appear on your calendar; busy times block availability. Powered by Pathfix.
Inbound Integrations: IMAP & POP3
Connect any email account (not just Gmail) for email-to-ticket conversion. SWELLEnterprise’s helpdesk module checks every 5 minutes, threads replies via Message-ID and References headers, and auto-creates customer records. Compatible with Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, Fastmail, ProtonMail Bridge, and any standard mail server.
Webhooks (30+ Events)
Subscribe to any of 30+ event types and receive a signed POST to your endpoint within seconds of the event. Configure in Settings → Webhooks. Available event categories:
- CRM: contact.created, contact.updated, company.created, lead.created, lead.converted
- Projects: project.created, project.completed, task.assigned, task.completed
- Finance: invoice.created, invoice.sent, invoice.paid, invoice.overdue, estimate.accepted
- Helpdesk: ticket.created, ticket.assigned, ticket.replied, ticket.solved, ticket.escalated, plus 6 more
- Forms: form.submitted, form.qualified
- Portal: portal.invited, portal.viewed, portal.signed
Each webhook is signed with a tenant-specific secret you can rotate. Failed deliveries retry with exponential backoff. Full event payloads are JSON.
Open REST API (45+ Endpoints)
Build anything SWELLEnterprise doesn’t do natively. Full API documentation. Highlights:
- Sanctum-based token authentication with abilities
- Per-token expiration and revocation
- Full CRUD on contacts, companies, leads, projects, tasks, invoices, estimates, tickets
- Reply to tickets, attach files, change status programmatically
- Filter and search every list endpoint
- Rate-limited at 60 requests per minute (raisable on Business plan)
Embeddable JavaScript Forms
Drop a single <script> tag on any website (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, plain HTML) to embed a SWELLEnterprise form. On submission, the form can:

SWELLEnterprise webhooks work as triggers in Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, and any other automation platform that accepts inbound webhooks. From there, connect to 6,000+ apps. A native Zapier integration is on the roadmap; webhooks cover the same ground today with sub-second latency.
