Our web application is secured behind a Domain Validated 256-Bit SSL Certificate issued by COMODO. Our team also takes regular backups of our file systems and databases multiple times each day.

Yes, we are HIPAA compliant. Since there is no official seal, HIPAA puts out a guide for security implementation, mitigating risk and data recovery best practices. SWELLEnterprise meets or exceeds these checkpoints with our end to end encryption, firewalls, database and file backups and routine security checks verified by credited online authorities.

Yes, you can bill your clients directly in SWELL. Because of our integrations with Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, Paypal and other merchant services, you can enjoy the convenience of collecting payments on your invoices with no additional fees. You can collect payments via credit/debit card and ACH bank transfers.

We don't collect any additional fees from our paid users so depending on the rates you have negotiated with your merchant services is what you can expect to pay.

Our merchant integrations include Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net and (coming soon) Square.
